We currently build from whichever distro-provided jar, header, etc files for hadoop, hbase, etc.
We should instead settle on specific recipe for a consistent build that runs on multiple distros.
This recipe must also be documented on wiki.trafodion.org.
This recipe must be implemented for official builds and be available for developer environments.
