Document crashed with edit/accept-reject open and now crashes continually. I'm
going to have to create a new doc and I have no idea if it will even maintain
my changes.
I'll say it again: I've been using OO for 12 years and the recent versions are
so much buggier than the older versions. Very disappointing.

Great, the document is corrupted, I guess, and there's no way to resave it with
the changes. Tried installing 4.1.3 and it still crashes. Great job.

Oh this again. Just a hunch, but your refusal to acknowledge actual problems
may be why your product is crap now.
Basically, if the edit function is open when OO inevitably crashes -- and, you
know, professional editors might rely on that edit function -- the open doc
cannot be saved. It can't be copied. It's fried.

Your bug report is being closed as NOT_AN_ISSUE due to a lack of information
which is needed in order to accurately reproduce and confirm the problem. We
need the following information (please ignore any that you've already
provided):
a) Provide details of your operating system and the latest version of AOO that
you have confirmed the bug to be present
b) Provide a step-by-step procedure to reproduce (the simpler will be the
better)
c) Provide any test case(s) which will help us confirm the problem (like a
sample document)
d) Provide screenshots of the problem if you think it might help
Once all of this is done, please set the bug back to UNCONFIRMED and we will
attempt to reproduce the issue.
