Problem with ErrorDocs in Tomcat/Apache

I have a problem with server errordocs using tomcat.
If I type wrong URL which has not jsp extension server returns
error document rewritten using httpd.conf directive "ErrorDocument".
But if URL is non-existent jsp file server returns OK 200 and tomcat
sends error message.
How can I rewrite it?
