BugZilla emails

I think having BugZilla automatically post messages on the dev mailing
list is a good thing. I think however that the automatic messages
should contain the text description of the bug report, in addition to
the URL of the bug, or a diff from the previous change. This way I can
find out about bugs without having to go on the Web with the browser.

Would it be possible to configure Cocoon's BugZilla like this? I know
it's possible to configure BugZilla this way, we are using it
internally exactly as described.
