QWQyyy opened a new issue, #5403:

   In my K8s cluster, we use helm deploy owdev, but it overloaded or down:

   we only use 1000 thread to test action concurrency power, and we set OpenWhisk system profile max concurrency is 1000,etc.

   we can use CLI  `kubectl rollout restart statefulset owdev-invoker -n openwhisk`
