> The test creates an index on a table with collections and attempts to scrub. The error occurs after the scrub where somehow all relevant sstables are removed, and an assertion in get_sstables fails (due to there not being any sstables). Logs indicate a set of errors under CompactionExecutor related to not being able to read rows. Attached is the test output (out.txt) and the relevant log. Should note that my attempts to replicate this manually weren't successful, so its possible it could be a test issue (though I don't see why).
