The detail View for zone needs to have action items which needs to be toggled based on the association ID being NULL or not of a vmware DC with a CloudStack Zone . Also the new API would be used to list the details of the VMware DC on the zone detail view on the UI.
API to be used - listVmwareDcs
Ticket cloudstack-3450 would elaborate the API.
