upgrade path to smix 7.0.0.M1

We have been using SMIX 4.3 with different components and looking forward to
upgrade to SMIX 7.0.0.M1.

But it appears there are no straight forward instructions to follow to
upgrade the SA containing camel-su, http-consumer-su, xslt-su and jms su.

Tried different options to start afresh as well, but getting stuck at
different positions.

Is there any guide defined to follow for such upgrades?
