POI 3.7 cloneSheet fails to copy image a 2nd time

If you have an image in an excel worksheet
and you change it to a Group Drawing object, 
the first time you use cloneSheet
it will copy it fine into the first new sheet.

But if you clone that sheet again 
it will not copy it to the next sheet
and instead give the red x
with message others have commented on. 

This is with version 3.7 and seems that although
the first time you clone it works, 
the rest of the times it does not.  

I just tried with 3.8beta and still no go.  
Only copies the image one time.
