[jira] [Created] (SPARK-36037) Support new function
localtimestamp()
Gengliang Wang created SPARK-36037:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Support new function localtimestamp()
Key: SPARK-36037
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-36037
Project: Spark
Issue Type: Sub-task
Components: SQL
Affects Versions: 3.2.0
Reporter: Gengliang Wang
Returns the current timestamp at the start of query evaluation as TIMESTAMP WITH OUT TIME ZONE.
Note we need to update optimization rule ComputeCurrentTime so that Spark returns the same result in a single query if the function is called multiple times
