Jenkins build machines down

for anyone who has noticed that the links off JIRA for build status being broken, and new patches aren't being reviewed, the Jenkins server has lost a disk after a raid controller failure

Assume it'll be back by Friday and don't hit the "submit-patch" button until then, as it will probably only be ignored. Oh, and there'll inevitably be a build backlog too...
