Hello [~mgeiss],
I am an undergraduate Computer Engineering Student of the University of Buea[http://ubuea.cm]. I have the following skills:
PHP(proficient), Yii 2 and Laravel 5(medium), JavaScript and AngulaJS(medium), C(expert), Java(expert). 
Other skills include image processing with OpenCV, video encoding, git, bash, svn, unix administration
 I believe I have the needed skills to tackle this project during GSOC 2016 and will appreciate any head starts on this.
