[meecrowave] 1.2.2 depends on web and se modules of owb which leads to a bad SPI setup

I'll push a fix for MEECROWAVE-129 but it was leading to have se and web in
lib/ in bundle mode
and some uncontrolled runtime behavior when you use a bash-built classpath.

I guess that and the base issue will require us to do the 1.2.3 earlier
than expected.
