Cluserting tomcat and web service

has anyone set up clustering tomcat that has web services?
we have quite a few web services and when we turn our clustering on the web
services no longer work, always givinf a null value, as soon as we turn it
off the web services are OK
can anyone lead me to a good example of clutsering tomcat with web services
many thanks
