Here's another excessively informative task--for every file
processed, it logs a message completely describing the
regex, substitution, flags and options, at a level of
MSG_WARN.  It should instead take the <fixcrlf> task as its
model and print the message once per execution, at the
MSG_VERBOSE level, don't you think?
