I fixed this concrete mentioned issue in trunk already, the other things mentioned in LOG4CXX-407 will get fixed when we revert the project site to 0.10.0 and let Christian publish this as tags/latest_stable. I plan to get that tag created on Sunday and the .htaccess entries which now forward to something 0.11 specific should than be changed to forward to latest_stable.
