The problem is caused by missing OGCE/Teragrid public key since it is used to connect to XRegistry.

We can solve this problem by including ant script to download all keys.
But, I would prefer to switch from OGCE/Teragrid test case to local test case as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-11
