   for safe, can we do this for decimal type only ? e.g
   ```scala
   left match {
     case _: DecimalType if resolved && reorderResult.resolved && reorderResult.dataType != dataType =>
       Cast(reorderResult, dataType)
     case _ => reorderResult
   }
   ```
