[jira] Created: (INFRA-1440) two (confluence) template pages for Apache River?

two (confluence) template pages for Apache River?
-------------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-1440
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1440
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: Confluence
            Reporter: Jim Hurley
            Priority: Minor

Per INFRA-1383:
-------------------------------
     All set - http://cwiki.apache.org/RIVER/

However, I'm not sure if I'm messing something up, or if there was a mistake made
in the initial configuration.

On the page:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/admin/autoexport/
it has "Apache RIVER" listed which points to:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/RIVER/Index

There looks to be two different templates:

  http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/admin/autoexport/template-edit.action?space=RIVER

and:

  http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/admin/autoexport/template-edit.action?space=river

I've edited them both, and the space=RIVER page looks to generate what's
at http://cwiki.apache.org/RIVER

which doesn't match what's at the ../confluence/display/RIVER/index page
mentioned above.

Should there be two template pages?

Thanks for any help.

[jira] Commented: (INFRA-1440) two (confluence) template pages for Apache River?

Gavin commented on INFRA-1440:
------------------------------

Hi Jim,

I wouldn't worry about the UPPER/lower case problem for now, just use the UPPER version. I'll report this as a possible problem to the AutoExport list.

Regarding your other query, editing the template will only affect your exported space at http://cwiki.apache.org/RIVER as this is an AutoExport template.

To alter your confluence space at http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/RIVER/Index you will need to do that separately.
Go to your 'Space Admin > Look & Feel' . From there you should upload your logo and create a custom colour scheme to suit your project. I would not
worry about changing any layout but it's up to you.

Take a look at http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ACTIVEMQ/Index and its exported counterpart at http://cwiki.apache.org/ACTIVEMQ/ for an example.
