No idea what you're trying to say there, but the file should be
named "context.xml" and should contain a Context element
with all this in it

Shouldn't that be "oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver" ??

And having multiple versions of the same class in your app is most
certainly not a good idea -- pick one :-)
