[jira] Updated: (UIMA-1139) flexible deployment - option to ignore delegates at runtime.

Jerry Cwiklik updated UIMA-1139:
--------------------------------

    Priority: Minor (was: Major)

This needs deployment descriptor support to mark delegates as disabled/ignored. The UIMA As aggregate should not call delegates marked as ignored.

> For flexible testing and runtime purposes, it would nice to able to disable some delegates in the deployment descriptor. No change should be required on the flow specification or UIMA aggregate descriptor.
