   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   The current implementation of `ContextProvider::get_table_provider()` return an `Option`. Normally this is fine, but with custom `ContextProvider's` a user would prefer to define their own messages that are encapsulated in a `DataFusionError`.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Alter `ContextProvider::get_table_provider()` to return a `Result<Arc<dyn table::TableProvider>, DataFusionError>` instead of an `Option<Arc<dyn table::TableProvider>>` and any necessary changes around that.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None
   
   **Additional context**
   None
