Hi,

Log4cxx comes back to the incubator from Apache Logging with a new dev team. Therefore all resources are already in place. Except, the SVN should move from:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/logging/log4cxx/

to:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/log4cxx.
