Put your Hibernate dependencies in tomee/lib folder. Be sure you put
transitive ones as well. 

Or you can build tomee from source and pass it -P hibernate. It'll build
Tomee with all hibernate 4 files included. By default tomee uses OpenJPA as
the provider instead of Hibernate.
