Accessing a .Net web service through Apache Soap client

Hi,

I'm a freshie at SOAP so please excuse me if the answer to my question is
too obvious.

Attached is a WSDL file of a simple web service written using .Net

I want to access it through a client written using Apache Soap. What should
be the URL, and setTaregtObjectURI in the  Call object ? If I'm not mistaken
the setMethodName will be "AddNumbers".
