Of "deflate, cache, ext_filter, proxy, ssl, usertrack" ...
if zlib is detected, yes, =all should enable deflate
cache is experimental.
ext_filter *was* experimental, should now be enabled with =all.
proxy ... if 1.3 does so, we should enable that will =all as well.
ssl is a special consideration ... some jurisdictions have explicit laws
affecting what/how/who may use strong crypto. *granted* it would require
detection of ssl, but still I suggest we want to leave that defaulted off.
(Calling that out in the docs, of course.)
And finally, there's no reason to to include usertrack with =all.
