This issue is a regression caused by OAK-1009.

> The restore fails because {{VersionableState.restoreFrozenTypeAndUUID()}} sets a jcr:uuid property on the restored node with the value from the jcr:frozenUuid property from the frozen node. The value may not be a proper UUID but just a more general identifier with the format <uuid>/<relative-path> when the copied node is not referenceable.
