MIF Renderer generates incorrect MIF code

The MIF renderer writes an invalid <ShapeRect> statement into the MIF: 

<ShapeRect 0.0 841.889 595.275 0.0>

whereas the MIF spec specifies this must be:

<ShapeRect Left Top Width Height>

for example:

<ShapeRect 20.0 20.0 595.275 841.889>

As a consequence, FrameMaker parses the MIF but the document is always empty.
