Problems with new tab/window support and RestartResponseAtInterceptPageException

Hi all,

I haven't heard back on an older email post or this bug I entered:

I'm just wondering if this is a real bug or if it's something that I'm 
doing wrong.  If it's a bug with 1.2.6, has this been fixed in 1.3?
