Rest API

Hi,

I have a requirement to expose rest API to a different application. Is the CTAKES Rest API feature currently  available or still in progress?

It is not yet available in CATKES codebase but the module is more or less complete. You can check out the beta version of it under https://github.com/GoTeamEpsilon/ctakes-rest-service/tree/master/ctakes-web-rest

We will check-in the same to CTAKES codebase after getting buy in from stakeholders like Sean, Tim, James and others once the cTAKES GUI for MySQL support is completed .
