Information Provider Service

hi,

I would like to use or modify StaticInformationProvider, 
DynamicInformationProvider
but it's very hard without specification about that.
Could you help me?

I would like to redirect all actions in the portlet toward a servlet in 
my portal, and I think
'Information Provider Service' can do that. Can it?
