   @houshengbo Vincent, can you take a look at this and see how we get the last published version injected into "latest", perhaps with some indicator that this is a "latest" (PR) build with perhaps a ref to the last commit hash as a postfix (e.g., -latest-c871e) or something like that built into the name?
