No Matching Permissions error

When trying to deploy to Archiva 1.3 I keep getting this error. My user
is setup in Archiva as a System Administrator. Why does it say no
matching permissions?

Archiva seems to lock a user after a failed deployment. Tried using admin with incorrect credentials but was locked after the deployment failed.

Hi Tim,

We're targeting to stage the 1.3.1 release next week with 3 days voting
time, so hopefully it should be out by the week after next :)

Thanks,
