   I had an issue with deadlocks of subdags (that contain skipped tasks) on airflow 1.10.12 on composer-1.13.2. 
   Thanks to your post I tried 1.10.9. and there the problem is gone. Did you test any other versions between 1.10.5 and 1.10.12?
