[~ozhurakousky] Are you currently working on this? I also have an immediate need for this change. Instead of it just being CSV to Avro as the current Kite based ConvertCSVToAvro is was actually also thinking of renaming it to DelimitedFileToAvro as the delimiter is often not just a ",". In fact I have a need to use CTRL-A as the delimiter.

I'd be happy to march forward with this if you are not actively working on it.
