[ANNOUNCEMENT] Commons DbUtils 1.1 released

I'd like to announce that Commons DbUtils 1.1 has been released.

DbUtils 1.1 is a bugfix release resolving most of the issues raised
over the last couple of years. Full details of this can be found at:

DbUtils is available in either binary or source form from:
