be/src/benchmarks
Tim Armstrong updated IMPALA-4198:
----------------------------------
Issue Type: Task (was: Bug)
> Re-run performance benchmarks in be/src/benchmarks
> --------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: IMPALA-4198
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-4198
> Project: IMPALA
> Issue Type: Task
> Components: Backend
> Affects Versions: Impala 2.7.0
> Reporter: Lars Volker
> Priority: Minor
>
> IMPALA-4193 added checks and warnings for sub-optimal system settings while running benchmarks. We should re-run all benchmarks on a properly configured machine and include correct absolute numbers.
> I'm setting this to "Minor" since the relative numbers between different benchmarks of a single run are still correct. Hence there is no chance we made wrong decisions based on flawed measurements.
