[users@httpd] Shared net for IP

Hi,
I'm looking for informations about:
I have a small net, 10 machines..
3 of them are in separate rooms. I created a simple web. this simple web
contains a notification system, only for the 3 rooms = 3 machines. How to
configure the apache that people who aren't in that 3 room to see different
thing from those who are the workers( those who have access to this 3 rooms)
The system informs other workere about thing that were done, or decided when
they were absent.
