Tapestry Bayeux 2.0.0 final Release

Tapestry Bayeux v2.0.0 final is now available.

This release contains much improved download and image streaming
functionality and has a nice integration with the JFreeChart api.

The component library is available from ibiblio in a couple of days as
an upload request has been submitted.

New in this version:
* Upgraded to tapestry 4.1.1 as 4.1 had some issues with the java 1.4
(see the blog for details)
* Added StreamLink. The next generation of the DownloadLink.
* Added StreamAsset. Works together with the StreamService
* Added RequiredValidationDelegate: Simple extension of the default
ValidationDelegate, providing some handy functionality.
