Avalon docs

to whom it may concern,

- Many of the API docs are currently missing on the web site
http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/excalibur/cache/api/ -> click on any link

- On http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/excalibur/index.html it reads:
Refactoring!!
There is a general reorganization of JAR files for Excalibur going on at the
moment (early April 2002). This will be complete in a couple of weeks. ...

This is incredibly outdated. Could someone please consider an update?
