   About run APISIX CLI, Luajit of OpenResty 1.19 is absolutely recommended.
   But In other cases, such as the bug of `opentesty-bug`, whether to use Lua5.1, we should reach a consensus.
   After all, Lua 5.1 runs well in all cases before using luajit.
   My opinion: Luajit of OpenResty 1.19 > Lua5.1 > error tips
