io.prediction#core_2.10;0.10.0-SNAPSHOT: not found

Hi, i've reported this issue on the github first, forwarding to here per
Chan's request.

Hi, after running a pio build from the latest devel tree i got this error:

Regarding the template, we are using the Universal Recommendation template,
release 0.2.3.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for forwarding. From PredictionIO v0.10, org namespace in
dependencies will change from "io.prediction" to "org.apache.predictionio".
PredictionIO v0.10 has not been released yet, but since you're building
from source in develop branch, you would need to update the namespace. You
can see the changes here:
