cvs generator update

Updates in the source: 

Correction:
 The generator now looks for the sitemap parameter "process-headers"
(with the s at the end) as told in the documentation

New feature:
 The generator now accepts a new sitemap parameter "max-records" which
allows to limit the number of records to read. The default is 0 ( = read
all records)

Thanks for the contribution !

Please record your contribution in jira so it doesn't get buried under
mailinglist traffic. Also, it is desirable to run svn diff against the
file you modified, and attach that output rather than sending the whole
file again. It makes it easier for us to see what you've modified.
