Can you clarify "may"? The word is ambiguous. Do you mean that it sometimes uses narrower than it should, or it could be made narrower? I often find it useful to use "should" in a JIRA case title, to indicate what the desired behavior is.

Also, an example would be really useful. I don't understand "narrower".
