Migration from QVCS to Subversion

I have all our code in the QVCS version control system.  Now I am looking to
use Subversion instead.

Has anyone had any experience of migrating from QVCS to Subversion?  Or have
any ideas of how to go about it?

Ideally I would like to maintain the revision history and logs of each file.
