[jira] [Commented] (OAK-3568) Oak Explorer: add persisted compaction map size

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-3568?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15000376#comment-15000376 ]

Michael Dürig commented on OAK-3568:
------------------------------------

Sorry my previous analysis was probably wrong and thus misleading. The key value pairs you get out of the compaction map point to any type of record. You can't know to which though. So there is no way to parse them.

However, I wonder why you even want to parse them. It should be sufficient to just parse the compaction map to get its size.
