Dave Thompson closed DAFFODIL-1903.

Pulled the latest updates from the incubator-daffodil repository and verified the updates included the specified commit, f33208a3917f3ca35c5f2d9084ef175bc6af133d.

Verified by review daffodil-lib-unittest has been added the applicable project classpath.
