[FLINK-2880] [streaming] [API-Breaking] Allow DeserializationSchema to forward exceptions
The DeserializationSchema is now allowed to forward exceptions on deserialization.
This is useful because many non-trivial decoders (Flink's TypeSerializers, Avro, etc) may throw exceptions. Otherwise, this leads to clumly catching and nesting of exceptions.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/StephanEwen/incubator-flink deser_schema_exceptions
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/1275.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
