[jira] [Commented] (TAP5-244) Let Grid show column headings when no
data
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-244?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13749904#comment-13749904 ]
Jochen Kemnade commented on TAP5-244:
-------------------------------------
What about adding a parameter {{renderColumnsIfEmpty}}, defaulting to {{false}} and requiring an explicit model if it is set to {{true}}? We could throw an exception in the case of a missing {{model}} parameter.
If that's documented well, along with an example source code line for creating a model, that would definitely improve the situation IMHO.

> I would like my Grid to show its column headings even when it is empty (and display the "empty" message below them). I can't see how to do this now. I've tried null lists and empty lists but the result is the same.
> Can this feature be added and made optional?
