PowerShell 3

Running these commands from PowerShell:

cd ~/
cordova create test com.varemenos.test "test"
cd test
cordova platform add android
result in the error belowc:

[Error: An error occured during creation of android sub-project.]


I already tried removing .cordova, also updating android and then adding it to the PATH
